Peach Bellini
The Bellini was invented by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy. Because of its unique pink color, Cipriani thought the color reminded him of a painting by Giovanni Bellini so he named the drink the Bellini. Italy’s favorite cocktail has taken America by storm and it has quickly become a staple at celebrations and brunches! The P&M Bellini mixer consists of pureed white peaches and is delicious mixed with Prosecco and other sparkling favorites!
